I love love this product. I learned the second time around, all things essential for the baby need to be available on the go. A bottle warmer is no exception. This product has saved me on shopping trips, vacation, doctor visits and the list goes on. My baby proved to be very particular about the temperature of her bottles so much so she wouldn’t take unless it was just like mom. It's very convenient to have a portable on the go warmer when packing up baby's stuff, which makes things easier as well for first-time parents. We ran into issues with it less than a year of purchase where it would continuously turn off. We finally reached out to their customer service and based on what was happening they've determined it might be a faulty charging cord. Once it arrived it started working again without any issues.

I LOVE the warmer and formula dispenser. The only thing I can say about the formula dispenser that I wish were different was the mouth be a little slimmer. Today I didn’t have a wide neck bottle with me and the dispenser spilt more formula out of the sides than went into the bottle.
