Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every part of your experience with The Baby’s Brew. If something isn’t quite right, we offer 30-day, eco-friendly, contactless returns and exchanges to make things easy.
Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Used items are not eligible for refunds.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online return portal.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a return shipping label is requested, cost will be deducted from final refund.

Exchanges and returns for store credit are complimentary within the United States—no return shipping fee is deducted.
Important Notes

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

All items marked as Final Sale, including BOGO promotions, Warehouse Sale, and Clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Each warmer comes with a 1 year factory warranty. This warranty is Non-Transferable. We allow the exchange of purchased items if the item is faulty. Troubleshooting with customer service is needed prior to the exchange. Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Our team will then test the unit to determine if the item is truly defective
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water in the battery area, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
If the unit is defective:
We will ship out the new product the next day.
If no issue is found:
If no issues are found we do require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the item back to you. We will send recordings and/or images of the tested item if there are no issues.
NOTE: We will not ship out the new items until we have tested the returned item.
IMPORTANT: We do not cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states
