What bottles are compatible with the Baby's Brew bottle warmer?

We've put together a helpful guide showing which bottles are compatible with our warmer—both directly and with an adapter. You can check out the infographic here. If your bottle isn’t listed, feel free to reach out to our customer service team—we’re happy to help!

Is there a warranty?

Each warmer comes with a 1 year factory warranty. This warranty is Non-Transferable. We allow the exchange of purchased items if the item is faulty. Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Our team will then test the unit to determine if the item is truly defective

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water in the battery area, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use.

If the unit is defective:
We will ship out the new product the next day.

If no issue is found:
If no issues are found we do require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the item back to you. We will send recordings and/or images of the tested item if there are no issues.
NOTE: We will not ship out the new items until we have tested the returned item.
IMPORTANT: We do not cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states

What is your refund policy?

If you choose to return your Portable Bottle Warmer, we accept them in the original packaging, unused with an unbroken seal within 30 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.

Does the Baby's Brew work with breast milk?

Yes! Our slow heat technology preserves nutrients, warms evenly and eliminates the risk of hotspots.

How long does it take to heat up?

It all depends on the amount of liquid you are trying to heat, ambient temperature, and which temp setting you want.
Normally it takes anywhere from 3-8 minutes.

Can you warm liquid with rice cereal or other thickeners?

If fillers are needed please warm liquid on your baby's brew first then once at desired temperature you can add any thickeners you need.

Does it work with ready made formula?

The Baby's Brew works with some pre-made formulas. Below is a list of known formulas that are NOT compatible with our warmer (Premixed Alimentum, Premixed Enfamil A.R., Premixed Enfamil Gentlease, Premixed Similac Pro Sensitive, Premixed Similac Pro Advanced, Premixed Similac for spit up, nutramigen, Premixed or ready to feed European style formulas, Premixed ByHeart, Premixed Similac Advanced and some other ready to feed thick based formulas, does not work with soy, almond milk and other plant based milks or Whole milk)

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 8–12 hours of active heating. For best performance and long-term battery health, we recommend fully depleting the battery before recharging and avoiding use while the warmer is plugged in.

How many bottles will one charge warm?

On a full charge, you can typically warm 3–6 bottles. Heating uses a lot of energy, so using smaller amounts of liquid may give you more heat cycles per charge. Keep in mind that refrigerated liquids will take longer to warm and will use more battery power.

How do I clean the warmer?

The safest way to clean your warmer is to fill the basin with warm, soapy water and wipe it down with a clean cloth. If you’re on the go and don’t have access to water, a breast wipe is a great alternative for quick cleanups. For deeper cleaning, we recommend sanitizing the warmer once a week by filling the basin with a mixture of water and vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse and wipe clean.

My silicone ring broke, can I get another one?

Yes. We will replace the silicone ring free of charge (you pay shipping) one time during the first year after purchase. If you are outside of the one year warranty period or would like to purchase additional rings to have on hand, we sell them under accessories.
