Medela Adapter

Orders ship within 2 business days, and most standard orders arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Return or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused, unwashed and in new condition with all original packaging, and returns start in our online return portal.

A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is paid by the customer. Exchanges and store credit within the US have no return shipping fee. Final Sale items can't be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Our warmers come with a 1-year factory warranty (non-transferable, US purchases only). If your item is faulty, email support@thebabybrew.com. After troubleshooting we send a return label, test the unit and ship a replacement the next day if it is defective.

The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, water in the battery area, normal wear and tear or taking the device apart.
